21Vt. becomes the first orange wine to win a gold medal at the Japan Wine Competition.

Fermentation is carried out at low temperatures, slowly extracting the pigments and aromatic components derived from the skins and the tannins derived from the seeds.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine is immediately transferred to barrels and left to mature on the lees.

The aroma is dominated by citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit, with sweet and gorgeous nuances of apricot and honey, leading to a smooth mouthfeel.
This orange wine has a well-balanced blend of rich structure and moderate tannins, leaving a satisfying aftertaste.
