The `` Discovery Series'' uses only rice grown in Chiba Prefecture and pursues its charm and potential .
Due to special preparation and processing, this is a valuable limited edition sake that is shipped even less than usual.

Kankiku Meijo uses sake rice from all over the country, each with its own concept and feelings.
At the same time, we plan to "prove our existence" as a local sake brewery by facing and understanding the original sake rice of our prefecture and delivering a moment of taste to the drinkers.

The aim is to create a sake quality that has a strong taste while suppressing the aroma so that it can show its true value by pairing it with seafood from the Kujukurihama area.
We especially recommend pairing it with sashimi of blue fish or shellfish!
