| Returns Due to Refusal of Receipt, etc. | If an order is returned to our store due to customer-related reasons, such as refusal of receipt, long-term absence, or incorrect address, a refund will be processed after deducting the shipping costs (including refrigerated shipping fees) and any applicable handling fees incurred by our store. For Cash on Delivery orders, please be aware that we will charge you for the round-trip shipping (including refrigerated shipping fees), COD fees, and any other actual expenses incurred due to the return.
