If you purchase more than 20,000 yen, shipping for one package will be free. *If there are multiple deliveries, shipping will only be free for the delivery addresses with a total purchase price of 20,000 yen or more.

Sizes of 1800ml or less (1.8L bottles) - up to 6 bottles
Sizes of 900ml or less (5-go bottles) - up to 12 bottles
Of course, it is also possible to mix sizes of 1800ml or less and 900ml or less.
This is an approximate guideline and there are exceptions.

◆ About shipping
Shipping will be via Japan Post or Sagawa Express.
(We cannot accept requests to specify a shipping company)
Normally, your order will be shipped within 3 business days, however, this may not be the case if you specify a delivery date or if there is a shortage or defective product.
◆ About refrigerated delivery
Refrigerated delivery is available for an additional 550 yen (tax included) on top of the regular shipping fee.
We recommend using refrigerated delivery services for shipping not only unpasteurized sake but also sake and wine during the summer months.
About returns
We will only accept returns and refunds if we are found to be at fault, such as if the product was damaged or shipped incorrectly.
If the product is defective, please prepare images that prove the defect (an enlarged image of the entire product and the defect) and contact us at the email address listed below.

We have a variety of packaging options available, from simple packaging to boxed packaging.

About packaging
Unless you specify otherwise, such as gift wrapping, we ship in recycled cardboard boxes from an environmental perspective. We use cushioning materials and take great care to ensure that your order is delivered safely to you.
*Recycled cardboard refers to cardboard from products other than the product you ordered.
◆Order Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel, without prior notice, any order that falls under any of the following:
1. Orders where fraudulent credit card use has been detected If we suspect fraudulent use of the credit card you used, we will cancel the order.
2. Orders from customers who have placed orders with malicious intent or who have intentionally caused damage If we determine that a customer's behavior is malicious or that they have intentionally caused damage to our store, we may, at our discretion, cancel any future orders you place.
