Free shipping for 1 package for purchases of 20,000 yen or more.

1,800 ml (1.8 liter bottle) or smaller size: up to 6 bottles
900ml (5 gobo) or smaller size: Up to 12 bottles
Of course, it is also possible to mix the size of 1800ml or less and the size of 900ml or less.
There are exceptions as this is a rough estimate.
If you have a large number of orders and would like to confirm the shipping fee in advance, please contact us.

◆ About delivery
It will be shipped by Japan Post or Sagawa Express.
(I cannot accept the designation of the carrier)
We usually ship within 3 business days of your order, but this may not be the case if you specify a delivery date or if there is a shortage or defective product.
◆ About refrigerated flights
You can use refrigerated delivery for an additional 550 yen (tax included) to the regular shipping fee.
We recommend using refrigerated shipping for sending sake and wine, as well as unpasteurized sake during the summer season.
◆ About returns
We accept returns and refunds only when it is recognized that there is negligence on our side, such as damage to the product or mis-shipment.
If the product is defective, please prepare an image (the entire product and an enlarged image of the defect) that can prove the defect and contact us at the email address below.

◆ About packing
From the perspective of environmental protection, we use recycled cardboard for shipping, unless otherwise specified, such as gift wrapping. We use cushioning materials and pay close attention to ensure safe delivery to customers.
