[Onmitsu Wines SISTERs Koshu White 2024]

The white wine of the "SISTERs" trilogy, made with Koshu!

"SISTERs" is a new series consisting of three types – white, orange, and pét-nat – all made from Koshu, a grape variety indigenous to Japan.

The eye-catching label is designed by Baku Maeda, famous for "EYE OF FIRE."
The hand-drawn numbering is also a charming touch.

Onmitsu Wines is a winery run by a husband and wife duo based in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Shinichiro Ogura has an unusual background, having obtained a Master's degree from MIT and served as the Head of the Space Utilization Promotion Office at the Science and Technology Agency (now the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology).
Their motto is to treat grapes not as mere objects, but as living beings with love and care. They minimize the use of large machinery and chemicals, meticulously crafting their wines by hand.
