~About Kankoume Sake Brewery~
The country of Ise has been known as a rice producer since the Heian period and has developed a culture of sake brewing.
Kankoume Sake Brewery has been honing its sake-making skills in this area since its founding in the first year of the Ansei era.

Kankobai sake is brewed by hand using carefully selected rice and clear water.
Most of the process is done by hand, so only a limited amount can be made each year.
That's why we put our passionate dreams into every drop of our sake brewing.
