"Domaine Oyamada" BOW ! Blanc is now in stock in limited quantities

The main ingredients are Delaware from Kanizawa, Nishiyama, Aihoshiba, Akao, and Matoba, as well as Petit Manseng from Hyuga, Petit Manseng from Okubo, and Roussanne from Aihoshiba.
From 2024, Traminet and other crops from the Matoba field were added.

The top notes are those of Petit Manseng, reminiscent of grassland and the tropics.
It also has a honey-like flavor and is similar to Chenin from the Loire.

On the other hand, the palate has a rich, ripe Della flavor and a pleasant sweetness in the aftertaste.
This white wine has a mysterious charm with aromas of pear and aromatic notes that is unlike anything else in the world.
