【Domaine Oyamada BOW! White 2025】

"Domaine Oyamada" BOW! Blanc, limited availability

Made primarily with Delaware from Nishiyama, Sobama, Akao, and Matoba, with Petit Manseng from Hyuga-Okubo and Roussanne from Sobama. From 2024, Traminette and other varieties from the "Matoba" vineyard have been added.

While the expression is still evolving, the base has the usual stable aroma.
A slightly overripe impression enhances the tropical elements of Petit Manseng and other Vinifera varieties.

When a little acetic acid appears, it's lively and enjoyable; when honey, tropical, and citrus notes emerge, it's a surprising finish.
