A perfect balance of barrel flavor and fruitiness

A dry white wine made using Koshu grapes harvested in the Shimoiwasaki area of ​​Katsunuma-cho, Koshu City, using the sur lie method.

Deep straw colour.
It has a tropical scent followed by a hint of citrus.

A smooth attack with elegant acidity and a soft, refreshing taste.
This white wine has an exquisite balance of sophisticated fruitiness and oak aromas.

・About Diamond Sake Brewery
This is a family-run winery founded in 1939.
It all started in 1939 when a few farmers got together and started brewing wine for their own consumption. They later established a corporation.
Currently, the wine is made mainly by Yoshio Amemiya, who studied at the University of Bordeaux in France for a year and then trained under a famous winemaker in Burgundy.
