A winter-only origami version of the popular Eiko Fujimori Kuma !

A crisp, fresh, gassy feel typical of new sake.
The sweetness from the lees and the umami from the cooked rice combine to create a pleasant drinking experience.
The aftertaste is smooth and sharp, so it is recommended as a drink with meals!

The Mori no Kuma-san rice we use is a rice grown in Kumamoto Prefecture, and its parentage is Hinohikari and Koshihikari, and it has won numerous awards including ranking number one in Japan in terms of taste.
In addition, a portion of the sales of this alcoholic beverage will be donated to the Kumamoto Earthquake reconstruction aid fund.
