Doors is produced by Atsushi Hiyama, the second son of Umeda Sake Brewery, which brews the best in Honshu. Doors was named with the hope that by challenging ourselves as a brewery to create new aromas and flavors, we would open the door to new tastes unique to Motoshu.
A Junmai Ginjo with a sweet banana-like aroma and a light dry finish.
This is a bottle you won't get tired of drinking alone or with a meal.
A few days after opening the bottle, the aroma becomes stronger and the drink becomes easier to drink.
