The plum trees grow healthily in Wakayama, surrounded by the Kii Mountains and the sea, and are exposed to plenty of sunshine.
Among them, the plum wine is made by steeping fresh Nanko plums and adding domestic strawberry juice.

All the strawberries used are domestically produced.
We blend several carefully selected varieties, including "Amaou" and "Marihime," with particular attention paid to the balance of flavors with the plum wine.
Using freshly squeezed strawberry juice gives it an even juicier taste.
