Muscat Berry Type A is slowly fermented for 3 weeks using natural yeast attached to the fruit skin, and barrel aging is limited to about 8 months to emphasize the fruit flavor.
It has a characteristic natural scent of flowers and apple compote, and also has aromas reminiscent of steamed plums, cassis, and Amakusa.
It also has a mocha and cacao aroma due to barrel aging.
In the mouth, you can feel the natural fruit flavor, with a mellow astringency and acidity, and the taste is well-balanced.
It has a long aftertaste and is unfiltered with a natural fruit-based taste.
