The raw sake is cooled to -4℃ to -5℃ and the separated impurities are removed, allowing us to retain as much of the flavor components as possible without filtering.
This potato shochu is said to be less likely to cause a hangover because all impurities have been removed.

It has the rich aroma, sweetness, and umami flavor unique to black koji, as well as the mellow taste that can only be achieved with stored sake.
We recommend drinking it with hot water or on the rocks.
