 ○About the sake name Arashi
 A new challenge sake brewed in a brewery in a rich water village.
 ``Mountain'' in the character ``Arashi'' represents the sacred Mt. Chokai, and ``Kaze'' represents the harsh winter wind that blows from the Sea of Japan to Mt.
 "Do" means that the brewery stands in such a "village" with abundant water.
