・From the back label, Tenpoichi is located in a warm area from the Seto Inland Sea in the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture (Kannabe-cho, Fukuyama City).
The "preparation water" used for sake brewing is soft water (ancient water) pumped from 200 meters underground at our brewery.
With the motto of being a supporting actor who makes the most of food, we aim to make sake that does not interfere with the meal, and we value the umami, sourness, and sharpness that spreads when you put it in your mouth.All koji is made using the original box-made koji method, and each grain is made into one grain. Each grain is carefully brewed.
