Japanese whisky that combines tradition and innovation

Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery's Hayashitaro is a single cask Japanese whiskey aged for three years in heavily charred American white oak barrels.

It has a sweet and alluring aroma reminiscent of vanilla and honey, combined with a deep richness and complex flavor, resulting in a rich, lingering aftertaste that spreads with every sip.

Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery, founded in 1865, began producing distilled spirits in 1984, utilizing the fermentation techniques it had developed through sake brewing.
In 2021, we entered the whiskey business and are pursuing our own unique whiskey making process that combines tradition and innovation.
This whiskey is made using carefully selected malt and sake yeast with delicate craftsmanship, and reflects the culture of Sakaiminato City.
