Four types released simultaneously!

The "Discovery Series" uses only rice produced in Chiba Prefecture and explores the appeal and possibilities of rice.
Due to the special brewing and processing, this is a rare limited edition sake with even smaller shipping quantities than usual.

Souno Kankiku Blue Sapphire was created with a jewel-themed theme, as the corporate color blue is likened to Kankiku Meishu's main rice varieties, Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki, and the master brewer carefully brewed it over a long period of time.

This sake is designed to be the most Kankiku-like of the four varieties released simultaneously, but as it is based on the theme of jewels, it is brewed aiming for an elegant, delicate taste and smooth texture.

Despite its low alcohol content, it is luxurious and has a juicy fruitiness and crispness, making it a wine that hints at the next level of Kankiku.
