The Aizan Hiiri version, which was the most popular at Hirankai 2022, is now available in limited quantities.
It has the beautiful sweetness and umami that is characteristic of Aizan, and a clean aftertaste that is just like Hiran.
Although it is a sweet drink, its refined acidity means that the sweetness doesn't linger in your mouth.
