With a low rice polishing ratio of 80%, the taste is surprisingly clean, without any off-flavors!

Of course, chilled sake is delicious, but warm sake is also recommended!

・About Kirei Sake Brewery
Founded in 1868.
At the time of its establishment, the brewery was known as "Yoshidaya", and the sake it produced was affectionately called "Yoshidaya's sake". Later, it was named "Kirei", an allusion to the symbols of longevity, "A crane lives for a thousand years, a turtle for ten thousand years".
In 1939, the company name was also changed to Kirei Sake Brewery.
Sake brewing in Hiroshima, including Saijo, is mainly sweet sake that makes use of soft water, but Kirei Sake Brewery dares to specialize in dry sake.
In 1917, at the "National Sake Appraisal", the brewery was awarded the "Honorary Award" for consecutive wins, the first in Japan along with "Gekkeikan" from Kyoto and "Kamotsuru" from Hiroshima.
Since then, it has won numerous awards and continues to fascinate connoisseurs as a popular brewery.
