The Distiller's Choice series uses beer as an ingredient to age gin in wooden barrels.

“Gamma” is a blend of two types of gin aged for 32 months in whiskey barrels, with the theme of the coexistence of barrel-derived flavors and botanicals.
In addition to juniper berries, the botanicals include yuzu and sansho to add a refreshing and spicy flavor.
