Small production of only 600 bottles! An elegant and aromatic white wine

Made with 100% Neo Muscat grapes from our 40-year-old estate vineyard.
After destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo 2 hours of skin contact to extract aromatic compounds, followed by pressing.
Using a luxurious 65% free-run juice, the clear, top-quality juice is fermented at low temperatures.
To preserve the primary aromas, the wine is racked immediately after fermentation is complete.

A brilliant, slightly greenish yellow.
The top notes are the characteristic aromatic scent of Muscat, with nuances of fruit tree blossoms, acacia, peach, and red apple.
This is followed by tropical impressions like banana and melon, and finally a refreshing accent of aloe and orange peel.

On the palate, it is enveloped in a rich, sweet, and gentle sweetness, with clear and distinct pure fruit throughout. The finish is medium, and it is an elegant and aromatic wine with a good balance of acidity.
