Gangi Mizunowa Junmai Ginjo 1800ml
【Gangi Mizunowa Junmai Ginjo】
A high-standard Junmai Ginjo you can't stop drinking
This Junmai Ginjo sake is made by diluting the undiluted sake with water and pasteurizing it once (bottle pasteurization).
The second name, "Mizunowa," expresses the meaning of ripples spreading in concentric circles when fish jump in the river, and "diluted with water."
It is a soft and light sake that goes down smoothly.

A sake that makes you want one more glass, aiming for a terminal of deliciousness
Emanating from and returning to Gangi.
Where people and goods land, and from where people and goods embark...
Gangi was a waterside terminal.
When we lost sight of the port to return to due to poor visibility, we re-examined ourselves, returned to our founding spirit, and resolved to go back to our origins. The sake that was released to the world with this resolve was "Gangi."
We must make truly delicious sake. We must aim for a terminal of deliciousness.
We want to make sake that makes you want one more glass. That passion drives us.
