Kyoeido's Autumn Release 2021 Orange Wine No. 1
Koshu grapes harvested in late October 2021 were aged in large barrels for about half a year.
It has a slightly cloudy, golden yellow color.
The aroma is of apple, pear, and peach, with floral notes like hawthorn, and hints of green grass, tobacco, and hazelnut.
On the palate, there's a spiciness reminiscent of nuts and nutmeg.
The mouthfeel is slightly milky, and as the temperature in the mouth rises, a milky and nutty finish lingers even longer.
It is recommended to start drinking it at a lower temperature to bring out the lingering finish.
Due to its wide range of aromas, please enjoy it in a narrow glass.
