White released in spring 2021

It contains a variety of grapes based on Shine Muscat.
Fermented and aged in medium-sized barrels for approximately 3 months.

A light, slightly moist powder color.
The taste gives off notes of lemon, pear, passion fruit and light muscat.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the sweetness of ripe lemon or orange, and as time passes you will also notice a spicy bitterness similar to licorice.
The aftertaste leaves behind a bitter taste like grape seeds, a light honey flavor, and a citrus sweetness like orange.

It goes great with vegetable appetizers as the main dish.
Enjoy chilled in a sharp glass.
