【Kaboosu Shibori】

Excellent pairing with food! A sweet and sour Japanese liqueur.

This is a mildly sweet Japanese liqueur made with sake as its base and Oita-grown kabosu citrus.
The front label says, "Goes well with hot pot dishes, yakitori, okonomiyaki, ethnic food, tofu, oden, gyoza, fresh fish dishes, dengaku, hormone, motsunabe, and most other dishes..."
And indeed, this "Kaboosu Shibori" truly pairs exceptionally well with most dishes!

It has an appetizing kabosu aroma and a juicy, sweet-and-sour taste without being cloying.
A pleasant bitterness acts as an accent, making it a very refined Japanese liqueur.
