Craft sake that combines the bitter sweet oranges with the freshness of Japanese peppermint

We use organically grown rice, sweet oranges, and Japanese peppermint.
The rice they use (Akebono) is naturally grown, with LIBROM involved in everything from planting to weeding and harvesting.
Both the rice and the koji rice used in this Akebono brewing are polished to 92% at a rice mill.

You can taste the sweet and sour flavor of sweet oranges, and finally the bitterness of Japanese peppermint.
When served warm, the menthol flavor of the Japanese peppermint comes out more, creating a strange, refreshing sensation that is both warm and refreshing.
