It has a strawberry and cherry aroma, pleasant acidity and gentle tannins, and an overall fruity and natural flavor.

No sugar is added, no acid is added, no filtering is done, no agents to reduce sediment are added, and no sulfites are added after fermentation.
As usual, it's cloudy this year!
