[Mizukake Brewery RIESLING 2023]

A wine with a good balance of acidity and bitterness

In 2023, the temperature remained high even during the fermentation period, so after fermenting in stainless steel tanks, the wine was aged in old barrels for about a month and a half before bottling.

The aroma features white flowers, citrus notes like lime, and fennel.
It has a medium body with a good balance of acidity and bitterness in the finish.

Mizukake Distillery (Mizukake Winery) is a small winery that cultivates grapes, mainly Alsatian varieties, in Hara Village, Suwa District, Nagano Prefecture, at the foot of Mount Yatsugatake.
Since 2022, they have been producing white, rosé, and sparkling wines using their own grapes.
