Yamashovinion and Campbell grapes from Iwate Prefecture were destemmed, crushed together, and transferred to an open tank.
Enticed by the aroma, feeling the liquid temperature and fermentation stimulation, I wanted to be completely immersed, so I played around with hand-plunging for two weeks, then pressed.

Aged in French oak so that it would penetrate deeper and linger longer in the mouth.
Bottled 8 months later, when the edges began to soften.
It was released after being allowed to rest for about a year.

A thick brown sugar plum wine with spicy notes of cinnamon and cumin, gripped by acidity yet featuring a ripe plum-like fruitiness and a cacao depth that releases the aftertaste, repeatedly offering the pleasure of tension and relaxation.

Natan Winery is an extremely small winery operated by female winemaker Namika Inoshita.
She worked as a sommelier, but wanting to know more about wine, she chose the path of winemaking and started making wine in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Natan Winery's wines are "additive-free," "unfined," and "unfiltered," with very little or no added sulfites.
The basic principle is to make the most of the individuality of each grape, and their motto is to bring out the flavor using environmental resources such as temperature and gas, without relying on additives.
They strive to make natural wines that allow you to taste the ingredients as they are.
