An elegant aroma and a taste overflowing with transparency

After destemming carefully harvested ripe Koshu grapes, maceration is used to maximize the original fruit flavors of the Koshu variety.
After a slow, low-temperature fermentation with wild yeasts naturally present on the grape skins, diligent bâtonnage creates a wine with a rich aroma and profound taste.

This is the third release of Hanamizuki Blanc, with brewing and bottling all taking place in the new winery completed in 2021.
Enjoy the mineral notes and refreshing fruitiness, along with an unprecedented elegant aroma and a taste overflowing with transparency.
