It uses 100% of the phantom rice "Gouriki."
The characteristic of this sake is the broad flavor unique to Gouriki and its excellent balance.
・Sake brewing rice "Gouriki"
Gouriki is a sake brewing rice unique to Tottori Prefecture, with large grains and a linear shinpaku (white core) suitable for ginjo sake brewing, just like Yamadanishiki and Omachi.
Selected from a native Tottori variety in the Meiji 30s (1897-1906), Gouriki was difficult to cultivate due to its height, and its cultivation ceased in 1955.
Afterward, in 1986, it was revived through the efforts of related parties from a handful of original seeds preserved at Tottori University's Faculty of Agriculture, with the aim of producing local sake unique to Tottori.
