A white wine made from grapes (five varieties of vinifera) grown on the sunny hills of Yatsugatake, at an altitude of 850m.
Long-term low-temperature fermentation is carried out for two months by adding juice from mid-ripening and late-ripening grapes to wine from early-ripening varieties during fermentation.
