Japanese single malt whiskey with a fragrance of dignity and universality.

An homage to the Scotch malt whisky, which was sold until about 40 years ago.
We use British barley malt and distill it twice in our own small pot still.
A middle-cut sake produced using only the main distillate, without the use of pre-distilled liquor or residual liquor, and aged in sherry casks imported from Spain.

A rich sherry-type smoky scent with hints of deep vanilla and cacao.
You can feel the elegance and the layered, concentrated flavor that is unique to single malt.
