Local whisky made by a Gifu sake brewery!

This is a blended whisky that recreates the flavor of Peak Whisky when it was first released (mid-Showa period), made with British malt aged in sherry casks and our own grain whisky.

By removing as much impurities as possible through chill-filtration, it features a faint sherry aroma and a mellow taste.
