Arashido Junmai Daiginjo Aiyama Nama
The popular "Arashido" brand's first Aiyama!
The "Arashido" series, a popular brand, has released its first Junmai Daiginjo made with Aiyama rice, drawing significant attention.
Poured into a glass, it releases a gorgeous, fresh ginjo aroma reminiscent of pineapple, with a subtle hint of effervescence immediately after opening, providing a pleasant accent.
The mouthfeel is smooth and exceptionally clear, with a pure sake quality harmoniously blending with the elegant, light sweetness derived from Aiyama.
The refreshing acidity tightens the overall profile, delivering a fruity umami while leaving a crisp, clean finish.
This is a truly special bottle, combining freshness with a high level of perfection.
