The brewery's carefully crafted plum wine is topped with a pinch of "Umi no Sei," a natural salt made using traditional salt-making methods that is rich in natural minerals.
Although it is not a beautiful pink color, the subdued amber color is proof that it is natural and fragrance-free.

The stimulating acidity makes you want to close your mouth, and the deep richness created by the combination of minerals and the aroma of plums. The slight saltiness that lingers on the tip of your tongue brings the whole thing together, making this plum wine just the right balance .

Enjoy it on the rocks or with soda in the hot summer, and with hot water or piping hot in the cold winter.
