This is a limited edition sake from the popular Shuho brewery, produced as a fan service with no regard for profit!
It is polished down to 33%, a play on the "Sansan" in Dewasansan, Yamagata Prefecture's representative sake rice.
What's more, the 1.8L bottle is an incredible 3,333 yen (excluding tax).

Not only are the specs excellent, but the taste is also highly acclaimed!
It boasts a gorgeous muscat-like aroma characteristic of Dewasansan and a smooth texture.
While it has a slightly sharper impression than the unpasteurized version, the rich umami and sweetness are still present, and it finishes cleanly with a good balance of acidity.
