The red plums we use have smaller seeds and thicker, softer flesh than regular varieties, making them ideal for making plum liqueur.
These fresh red plums are soaked in shochu and rock sugar, and then aged in a tank for six years, using Suigei sake as a base, which is brewed with the concept of being a drink to enjoy with meals.

By allowing a proper maturation period, the plum essence is fully extracted, resulting in a mellow, flavorful plum wine.
