This is a limited edition sake made from Junmai Daiginjo brewed with specially cultivated Yamada Nishiki rice, specifically bottling the "seme" portion that comes out last during the pressing process.
It offers a clean taste free of off-flavors and a gorgeous umami.

While maintaining its freshness, it offers a rich flavor, resulting in a satisfying Junmai Daiginjo.
It is also a highly appealing sake due to its attractive price range for a Junmai Daiginjo made with Yamada Nishiki, allowing you to easily enjoy its high-quality taste.

Tenpoichi is located in a warm region in the eastern Seto Inland Sea of Hiroshima Prefecture (Kannabe-cho, Fukuyama City).
The "brewing water" used for sake production is soft water (ancient water) drawn from 200m underground at our brewery.

With the motto of being a superb supporting actor that brings out the best in food, we aim to brew sake that does not interfere with the meal. We value the umami and acidity that spread in the mouth and the crisp finish. All our koji is made carefully, grain by grain, using our original box koji-making method.
We hope that all who drink it will feel "happiness."
