This dry white wine has an elegant aroma of pear and grapefruit. We recommend enjoying it chilled (10-12°C) to savor its fresh, expansive acidity and bitter finish.

Vin de la bocchi farm & winery is a family-run winery located at the foot of Mt. Tomuro, on the outskirts of Kanazawa. They produce 100% Kanazawa-made wines using their own grapes grown in a gravelly soil derived from volcanic rock. "Bocchi" means "alone" or "solitary." The winery was named with the meaning that even if each individual's power is small, when they come together, they will eventually bear great fruit. They deliver the charm of the satoyama (foothills) with 100% Kanazawa-made wines, grown in the naturally rich Tawaramachi area of Kanazawa.
