This company was jointly established in 1941 by 130 licensed brewers who were dedicated to grape cultivation and winemaking in "Iwasaki," the birthplace of Koshu grapes.
With a factory in Katsunuma-cho Iwasaki, the company works with local farmers to stabilize grape cultivation, develop grape-growing regions, and improve wine quality. It is affectionately known as "Honjo" by the locals. They always strive to create unique wines that capture the essence of the local terroir and are beloved in Katsunuma.
