This Junmai Ginjo sake is brewed with 100% sake rice harvested from the Asashina Gorozaemon Shinden paddy fields, cultivated without the use of any pesticides.
Together with the members of the "Saku Sake no Kai" group, we cultivate and harvest sake rice using pesticide-free methods in Asashina Gorozaemon Shinden, and then slowly ferment it at low temperatures in the Tsuchiya Shuzo brewery.
While bringing out the umami of the rice, it achieves a harmonious balance of crisp acidity and sweetness.
