Made using casks of the fragrant sherry wine "Oloroso Sherry."
Made with a focus on cask strength (cask-aged raw liquor) aged in sherry casks.

Large sherry casks require a large storage space, so there is little distribution of them in Japan, and as they are now transported as bottled products, the casks themselves are rare worldwide.

The aroma has a smoky peat, sweet and sour raisins, and hints of oak and spice.
The taste has a strong sweetness and acidity from the sherry casks, a soft astringency and fruitiness, and a hint of spiciness.

The finish is light and sweet with a sour aftertaste, making for a clean finish that makes you want to drink more.
