Made from 100% malt with a phenolic value of 50 PPM, the malt spirit is distilled at Eigashima Distillery and stored and aged for 5 years in extremely sweet sherry Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

The scent of cassis and prunes lies behind the strong peat smokiness.
The sour dark chocolate and raisins give it a slightly rich sweet and salty taste, and the smokiness of a campfire lasts forever.

In order to preserve the original taste of malt, we do not perform cooling filtration or coloring.
