An exquisite blend of barley shochu and authentic potato shochu that has been stored in American oak barrels for a long time to produce sake with a refreshing and rich aroma.

In addition to the vanilla taste derived from the barrel, the scent of bananas before ripening and the scent of fruity esters drifts, and the lingering finish is full of ripe potatoes.
This season's MOANA combines the mellow flavor of the purple sweet potato with the aftertaste of the barrel-aged flavor.

We recommend drinking it on the rocks or with soda.
