Made with Chenin Blanc from their own vineyard, aiming for a gentle flavor that permeates the body.
Three days of skin contact are performed, during which acetic acid notes are imparted.
Barrel fermented, barrel aged, and then bottled.
The aroma features ripe fruit, honey, and a hint of small white flowers.
Upon tasting, a rich, sweet liquid spreads across the tongue, followed by vanilla and nutty notes derived from the barrel.
The aftertaste is a subtle blend of bitterness and umami.
To best appreciate the quality of the liquid, please enjoy it not too chilled.
