It offers spicy aromas of framboise, raspberry, and black pepper derived from the barrel, as well as dignified aromas of bitter chocolate and cacao.
The elegant fruitiness and beautiful acidity are wonderfully matched, and the finish is smooth.

It pairs well with sukiyaki, roast beef, dishes using Japanese seasonings, and Chinese dishes like mapo tofu with sansho pepper and chili peppers.
