Made with 100% Sugemu, a rare rice suitable for sake brewing from Fukuoka Prefecture, and 50% polished.
Gentle ginjo aroma reminiscent of sweet and sour fruit.
Smooth, deep and glossy sweetness and umami flow smoothly through the mouth, and the light bitterness tightens the whole.
Of course, you can enjoy it as a stand-alone sake, and it is recommended as an accompaniment to a meal.
・About Fuji Sake Brewery
Founded in 1778 (Yasuei 7). This is Eikoh Fuji, a sake brewery in the Oyama area of Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, which is associated with Kiyomasa Kato, a warlord of the Sengoku period.
We are working on almost four-season brewing, and we are particular about the difference in sake rice and yeast, such as Amane Shusui, Nanahoshi, and Mori no Kumasan, which are fresh every month.
We offer a variety of unfiltered unprocessed sake.
