Four years have passed since ANOTHER2021 was designed to create a sake that would be appealing to younger generations.
This sake is the culmination of Yaochin Sake Brewery's accumulated knowledge and expertise.
Starting this year, it has been officially named Gangi Light, becoming an independent item within the Gangi lineup.
It is a transparent sake with a gentle aroma reminiscent of green apples, and a refreshing, clean sweetness that is vibrant, with reduced alcohol content while still bringing out the umami of the rice.
